Contship 通过子公司 Sogemar 签署协议，收购地中海海运与综合物流运营商 Tarros Group，交易涵盖 Tarros S.p.A. 及其海外子公司、Terminal del Golfo、Car Box、Compagnia Marittima Servizi 和 Med Logistics Malta 等全部运营公司与资产。
